Frequently asked questions
Do prices include VAT?
All prices exclude VAT. Tax is added at the applicable rate — in Poland, this is 23%.
What if the team has more employees than the plan allows?
Add an employee above the limit for 49 PLN per month on Start, 39 PLN on Team or 29 PLN on Business. When the extra charge approaches the next plan’s price, upgrading becomes better value — we will let you know.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, at any time, in either direction. When you move to a lower plan, all orders, documents and files remain in your system.
How does annual billing differ from monthly billing?
Annual billing gives a 15% discount: the amount for 12 months is billed in one invoice. For example, Start costs 4 070 PLN per year instead of 4 788 PLN.
What happens when file storage runs out?
On paid plans, you can add a 100 GB block for 49 PLN per month. There is no limit on the number of blocks, and all uploaded documents remain available.
Do I need my own keys for maps or AI?
No. Maps, truck routes, toll calculations and basic AI features are already included in the subscription. You do not need a separate HERE account or pay for these services.
