You pay for company size, not for modules
Every paid plan includes all modules. Plans differ in how many employees work in the system, how much space the files take and how many interface languages are on.

All amounts are net, VAT excluded. The number of countries, drivers and vehicles does not change the price.
What every plan includes
- A separate company database. Not a paid option. It is the architecture, not the plan.
- HERE routes, tolls and maps. Truck routing and toll costs are part of the subscription. You do not need your own HERE key.
- Work across several countries. The number of countries does not change the price. Local rules switch on by themselves, from the company settings.
- Drivers and vehicles are not counted separately. The limit covers only employees working in the web interface. Driver app accounts do not spend it.
Questions about billing
Are the prices with or without VAT?
All amounts on this page are net, VAT excluded. Tax is added at the applicable rate: in Poland it is 23%.
What if there are more employees than the plan includes?
Above the included number an employee can be added for a surcharge: 49 PLN on Start, 39 PLN on Team and 29 PLN on Business, per person per month. Once the surcharge reaches the price of the next plan, moving up costs less — we will say so.
Can the plan be changed later?
Yes, at any time and in both directions. When moving to a lower plan the data stays where it is: orders, documents and files do not disappear.
How does annual billing differ from monthly?
Annual is 15% cheaper: twelve months with the discount are invoiced at once. Start comes to 4 070 PLN per year instead of 4 788.
What happens when the file space runs out?
On paid plans you can buy a +100 GB block for 49 PLN per month; there can be several blocks. Existing documents stay available in any case.
Do we need our own map or AI keys?
No. Maps, truck routing, toll costs and basic AI features are part of the subscription — there is no need to register with HERE or pay them separately.
