2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the website at fahrwest.com.

The processing of data within the Fahrwest TMS system (at tms.fahrwest.com) is governed by separate documentation, including the data processing agreement concluded with each customer using the system.

3. What data we collect and why

3.1 Contact form ("Request a demo")

Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry. Without an e-mail address or phone number we cannot reply.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

The server infrastructure of the website (hosting and file storage) is located within the European Economic Area — in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main.

Services provided by Cloudflare, Inc. and Google may involve transfers of data to the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of:

  • a European Commission adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework), where the entity concerned participates in that framework, or
  • standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

6. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:

  • right of access to your data and to obtain a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • right to erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17 GDPR),
  • right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR),
  • right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

The website is available in Polish, Ukrainian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Polish version prevails.
