Works with what you already use
Telematics, maps, KSeF, exchange rates, your accounting software and email. Data enters the system on its own — nobody retypes it from one screen into another.
What is connected
Every card below is an integration that works in the system today. What is still in progress is marked as such: we do not present plans as finished work.
Telematics and GPSWebfleetVehicle positions and the fleet map, mileage from the odometer, breaks and remaining driving time from the tachograph. An order goes to the driver TomTom terminal and statuses come back.
Maps and routingHEREAddress search, truck routing with the vehicle parameters, toll cost and the route map inside the order. No HERE key of your own to register.
- E-invoicingKSeFThe invoice goes to KSeF in the FA(3) format straight from the system, with the UPO and a QR code for verification. No file export into a second application.
- Accounting and taxJPK_V7MThe sales register for the period in the JPK_V7M structure — an XML file your accountant loads into their software. Sales invoices are not typed in twice.
Accounting and taxRewizor (InsERT)Sales invoices export in the EDI++ (EPP) format that Rewizor imports. The accountant does not carry documents over by hand.
Exchange ratesNBPThe Table A rate is taken for the right date — for the invoice, toll cost and expenses in a foreign currency. Nobody looks it up on the bank website.- EmailSMTP and Microsoft 365Invoices and notifications go out from your company mailbox — over SMTP or a Microsoft 365 account.
AIOpenAIA report from a question asked in your own words, and translation of reference names into the team languages. For a report the model receives field descriptions, not your figures.
Fuel cardsDKVComing soonConnecting a DKV account and testing the connection already work. Importing fuel and toll transactions into trip costs is in progress.
Your provider is not here?
The list grows from customer requests, not from a catalogue. Before launching in a new country we work with a local carrier and connect what they already run on.
Tell us which GPS provider, fuel card or accounting software you work with — we will talk through what the connection needs.
