Which trip made money, and which did not
The builder sees the data of every installed module — orders, GPS, costs, invoices. You build a report over the dataset you pick, without exporting to a spreadsheet.
A report in words, not clicks
Describe what you want to see — "revenue and actual mileage by vehicle for last month" — and the system assembles the report.
You can then edit it by hand: add a measure, change the breakdown, save it under a name and come back to it.
What you can calculate
- Plan against actual. Kilometres, tolls, hours — the calculation next to what actually happened.
- Calculated columns. A formula over existing measures: revenue per kilometre, share of empty running, margin per trip.
- Break down by anything. Vehicle, driver, customer, direction, month — depending on which modules are installed.
- Export. For when the report goes to the accountant or onto a meeting screen.
Analytics module — in development
Reports answer what happened. The analytics module is meant to answer why it happened, how much it matters, and what to do about it.
It is being built. We name it because it is the direction we are taking — not because you can switch it on today.
