From order to invoice

  • Numbering takes care of itself. A company prefix and its own counter. A draft lives without a number until it goes into work.
  • A route is stops, not an address field. Loading, unloading, borders, pallets. Each stop has its own address, time and status.
  • Vehicles come from the fleet. Truck, trailer, driver. If the fleet module is not installed, the fields simply stay out of the way.
  • Statuses and correspondence stay with the order. Draft, in progress, completed, cancelled — with the change history attached.

A calculation that knows your truck

Routing is not done as if for a car. Dimensions and weight come from the vehicle record, ADR classes from the cargo — and tolls are calculated separately from kilometres.

Empty mileage is counted separately from loaded. That is the number most companies do not see until month end, and it is the one eating the margin.

A map you can work on

Stops appear on the map with the route. Drag an intermediate stop, add a new one by clicking; the address fills in from reverse geocoding, and kilometres and tolls recalculate immediately.

The starting point can be taken from the last unloading of the vehicle previous trip — no typing it in again.
