You see the breach before the fine

Rest periods and remaining driving time come from the tachograph. You see who is no longer allowed to set off — today, not in an inspection report.

What you see for each driver

  • Daily and weekly rest. How long they rested, whether it met the limit, when they can drive again — under Regulation 561/2006.
  • Remaining driving time. Hours left today and this week — before the dispatcher assigns the next trip.
  • Who is absent. A separate filter: leave, sick leave, no tachograph data. "No data" is not the same as "working".

Records and leave

The timesheet is an absence calendar: every day counts as worked by default, and you mark only the gaps with a reason. Leave is pulled from the planner; the rest is entered by hand.

Leave is planned on a drivers-by-days grid with rotation groups. The system warns when a period is left without cover, rather than after the trip has been assigned.

Where the data comes from

From the tachograph, through telematics. That means it does not depend on a driver filling something in, and does not need separate entry by the dispatcher.
